(No. 2 and 3 of the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court of first instance cannot change the facts or judgment acknowledged by the court of first instance even if the evidence submitted by the plaintiff was delivered to this court, and there is no error as alleged by the plaintiff as the grounds for appeal).
