A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

After the Defendant first became aware of the Victim Name C (V, 57 years of age) through the mountain conference before three years, the Defendant had been in a relationship with him from April 2017.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. 2. Intimidation;

A. On May 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at a place where the location of around 15:14 is unknown; and (b) at a place where the victim’s hedgings.

It would not be shared only by the mixed who had been well-known with him on the ground that he did not own it.

B. Along with the writing of "I am feasible, I send the victim's her husband's telephone number to the victim's her husband."

In other words, when the victim is the defendant, the victim threatened the victim as he or she appears his or her husband of the victim's photograph, etc. taken during his or her teaching system.
