Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:20 on August 20, 2013, the period of suspension of driver's license (from August 16, 2013 to September 9, 2013), the Defendant driven a Bfrist motor vehicle from the street on the street in front of the 376-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to the street in front of about 313-126, Guro-gu, Guro-gu, Seoul.
