A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 20, 2009, the Defendant was aware of the Victim D who had resided in the said C Apartment while residing in the front city, and on August 20, 2009, the victim was a person who was unable to communicate with the general public due to the degree of being judged as Grade 2 intellectual disability from the Jeonju market, and was unaware of the meaning of opening or using a credit card. The Defendant was at least 70 million won and was unable to open a credit card under the name of the Defendant and his family members, and was able to use a credit card by using the victim’s intellectual disorder.
1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. B.
