A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A and B violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) around 00:10 on February 23, 2019, the Defendants were at the time of Defendant B’s face on the ground that they would drink alcoholic beverages together on the street in front of Mayang-si C, and that they would not flickly drink.

2. Defendant A

A.
