A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

From March 16, 2020 to March 25, 2020, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol as if he would pay for the amount of the alcohol value, even though he did not have the intent or ability to pay the amount of the alcohol value. In addition, the Defendant was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the total amount of KRW 63,000 from the victim to March 25, 2020 as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crimes List.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims and received property from each victim.

On March 23, 2020 from around 10:00 to around 19:10 of the same day, the Defendant was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to the sum of 66,000 won for the total of 10 illness, etc., and the Defendant was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to the sum of 66,000 won for the victim F, who had no intent or ability to pay the alcohol value, while doing so as to make it possible for the Defendant to pay the alcohol value even though he had no intent or ability to pay it.

At around 20:20 on June 9, 2020, the Defendant issued an order of alcohol and alcohol as if he had no intention or ability to pay the price even if he had been provided with alcohol and alcohol, and acquired it by deception after being provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 53,00,00 from the victim.

On April 13, 2020, the Defendant issued an order from the victims of “M” restaurant operated by the victim L (Nam, 25 years of age) of the Jeonsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on April 13, 2020 to pay the alcohol value. In doing so, the Defendant issued an order from the victims of “M” restaurant as if he had no intent or ability to pay the alcohol value. The Defendant received alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the total market value of KRW 37,000 from the victims and received alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the total market value of KRW 37,00 from June 15, 2020.
