1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 187,390,00 for Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 77,160,000 for Plaintiff B; and (c) KRW 84,220,00 for Plaintiff C and each of the said money.

1. Basic facts

A. As listed in attached Table 1.A, Plaintiff A remitted total of KRW 589,190,000 to the Defendant 58 times from January 31, 2012 to June 7, 2012, as indicated in attached Table 1. From January 31, 2012 to July 9, 2012, Plaintiff A received a total of KRW 401,80,000 from the Defendant over 127 occasions.

B. As indicated in attached Table 2. From March 21, 2012 to August 22, 2012, Plaintiff B remitted KRW 269,310,000 to the Defendant over 32 occasions. From March 24, 2012 to August 28, 2012, Plaintiff B received KRW 192,150,000 in total from the Defendant over 117 occasions.

C. From February 8, 2012 to September 14, 2012, Plaintiff C remitted KRW 301,300,000 to the Defendant over 31 occasions as indicated in attached Table 3. From February 8, 2012 to November 15, 2012, Plaintiff C received a total of KRW 217,080,000 from the Defendant over 121 times from February 8, 2012 to November 15, 2012.

2. The parties' assertion

A. Since January 2012, the Defendant claimed that the Plaintiff loaned money to the Plaintiffs from January 2012, the Defendant requested to lend money to the Plaintiffs at a high interest rate in addition to the principal.

Therefore, the plaintiffs did not prepare a separate loan certificate and paid part of the money to the defendant as stated in the attached list. The defendant is obligated to pay the remainder of the loan to the plaintiffs.

B. The Defendant alleged from November 201, the Defendant invested KRW 9,800,00 in E, F, and E and F from November 201, in the form that, if the Defendant invested KRW 9,800,00,00 in E and F, the E and F deposited KRW 10,80,000 in total as principal and interest payment amounting to KRW 27,00 each day from the following day.

The defendant made the above investment to the plaintiffs that the defendant received interest from 270,000 won of the investment amount to 10% of the investment amount, and the plaintiffs also make the investment.
