A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Injury;

A. At around 23:40 on February 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the Defendant and his/her daily behaviors were returned from the victim E (the age of 23) who is an employee after having been suffering from one disease during drinking alcohol; (b) resisted that the amount was doublely calculated; and (c) resisted by the victim, the Defendant laid down the flobed fish, and drieded the victim’s floth with the floth, and flothing the victim’s floth to walk the victim’s 21-day medical treatment.

B. 2. 업무방해 피고인은 2014. 2. 9. 23:20경부터 같은 날 23:50경까지 위 D주점에서 성명불상의 손님들에게 “시끄럽다, 조용히 해라.”라고 소리치고, 제1항 기재와 같이 종업원인 E과 업주인 C에게 상해를 가하면서 소리를 지르고, 위 가게 라이브 무대 위로 올라가 기타를 치는 시늉을 하고 앰프를 걷어차고 기타를 집어 던지는 등 소란을 피워 그곳에 있던 손님들을 나가게 함으로써 위력으로 C의 가게 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
