A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bran vehicle in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act;

On December 19, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license on December 13:51, 2018, and moved back to the direction of the center for senior citizens in Jindo-gun C in front of the center for senior citizens in Jindo-gun C.

In this case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to take the front and rear side and left side well and to accurately manipulate the steering and brakes so as to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the injury to the victim, such as dump dump, tensions, etc., which requires two-day medical treatment on the front part of the victim F (FENBO600), waiting to drive the Defendant’s car at the rear side of the Defendant’s car, waiting to drive the Defendant’s car.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of Drinking Measures) was demanded by the Defendant to take a drinking test by inserting three minutes a while under the influence of alcohol, on the grounds that there are reasonable grounds to recognize that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol due to the date, time, place, and the situation indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article, from the police box belonging to the Hado Police Station of Jeonnam-do, which was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 due to the said traffic accident, the Defendant was in need of a drinking test by inserting three times a while under the influence of alcohol, such as a breath and a breath distance.
