A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who was living in the same Dong Dong Dong Dong Dongdong as the victim C (Woo, 73 years of age) and the victim D (45 years of age) and was living in approximately one year before the victims, and was engaged in an unexpected appraisal that could not receive death and damage, and the victim was suffering from the victim's winding of the victims on February 21, 2017, and was sentenced to suspension of prosecution on May 22, 2017 by the Jindong District Public Prosecutor's Office's branch office located in Changwon District Public Prosecutor's Office for the violation of the Animal Protection Act.

2. The injured Defendant was at the Defendant’s house located in Jinju City F, around 17:30 on the same day as paragraph 1, and the injured Defendant was at the time of the victim’s head back to drinking, on the ground that the victim C was found to have found and died of fluence.

As a result, the Defendant suffered bodily injury, such as double scams, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

3. The Defendant is subject to the victim’s investigation on the part of the Jinju Police Station, which was located in the Jinju Police Station No. 33 Doon-ro at Jinju-si, around 19:30 on the same day as paragraph 1, and on the part of the facts in paragraph 1.
