1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from March 14, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From around 2000, the Plaintiff borrowed money to C with the knowledge of the Defendant’s wife, or traded money by joining C in the number fraternity operated by the Plaintiff.
B. The plaintiff introduced C, on February 10, 200, KRW 20 million to the defendant (as of July 10, 2003), KRW 10 million on June 13, 2003 (as of November 13, 2003), KRW 10 million on July 21, 2003 (as of November 21, 2003), and KRW 3 million on August 25, 2003 (as of August 21, 2003), KRW 3 million on loan KRW 1 million (as of March 25, 2004), and KRW 3 million on loan KRW 1 million on September 23, 2003 (as of March 25, 200), and KRW 1 million on loan KRW 3 million on loan 1 million (as of September 24, 200, KRW 2003).
