1. The Defendants: (a) from October 15, 2016 to December 30, 2016, Defendant B with respect to each of the Plaintiff KRW 45 million.

The Defendants conspired to sell the above real estate in the name of Samdididico Co., Ltd. by deceiving the Plaintiff as if they had no intent or ability to transfer the ownership of the above real estate in the name of the above company, and concluded a sales contract with the Plaintiff on October 15, 2016, which sells the above real estate in the capacity of agent of the above company, and acquired it by receiving KRW 45 million from the Plaintiff as the down payment on the same day. The Defendants are deemed to have led to the confession of the Defendants pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendants are liable to pay damages for delay calculated on October 15, 2016 to 150,000,000 won from the day of the same day as the down payment. The Defendants are liable to pay damages for delay calculated on October 15, 2016 to the day after the day of complete payment (including the number of evidence No. 6) by 150(3).

The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are accepted in entirety.
