Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff B is a legal entity that establishes and operates the Plaintiff University; the Plaintiff Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation is a legal entity that manages and supports the industry-academia-research cooperation project of the Plaintiff University; the Defendant C was the director of the Plaintiff Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation from August 22, 2006 to February 2, 2013; the I was the director of the entrance management department and construction and professor of the said university from September 22, 2003 to February 2016; the Defendant D was the dean of the said university from September 1, 2001 to June 30, 201; and the Defendant E was the vice principal of the said university and the administrative director from September 22, 2003 to August 31, 2010 to the above university.
B. On May 19, 2018, I died, and there was Defendant F, G, and H as a statutory inheritor, and Defendant G was accepted by filing a subsequent report on the renunciation of inheritance.

In the audit of the “Transparency in the Operation of University Finance” implemented by the end of February 23, 2006, Defendant C, J, K, etc. created government subsidies, etc. granted to Plaintiff Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation in relation to the specialization of junior colleges in 2006 to 2008 and the main human resources project for local enterprises, etc. and discovered the fact that they were embezzled by using them for entertainment expenses and personal purposes. Accordingly, the Minister of Education, Science and Technology revoked the decision to grant subsidies for the part embezzled from the government subsidies by Defendant C, etc., and notified Defendant C, etc. of the result of the audit that he/she would be subject to disciplinary action (excluding dismissal).
After then, according to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology’s notice of recovery of government subsidies on March 21, 2012, Plaintiff B resolved to disburse KRW 785,079,783 from the school expenses accounts to return the government subsidies on April 5, 2012, and deposited the said funds to the account of the Plaintiff Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation in the name of the Plaintiff Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, and Defendant C was dismissed on April 13, 2012.
