Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,00 for a crime of violation of road traffic law at the Gwangju District Court on March 18, 2008, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the Gwangju District Court on September 9, 201.

The defendant is a person who drives a K7-car.

On March 15, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.112% from blood transfusion around 00:20 on March 15, 2017, and the Defendant driven the said car from around about 500 meters from the commercial influoral path in the south-gu Seoul Southern-gu to the front day of the comolas industry company in the Nam-gu Seoul-gu.
