The defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant with a trade name, located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and the first floor.

No one shall sell drugs harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

Around May 6, 2018, the Defendant sold drugs harmful to juveniles by selling 61,00 won, such as beer 3 Byung and beer 1 concurrently, while having knowledge of the fact that the Defendant would not sell alcoholic beverages to juveniles, without confirming the age and other status of juveniles D (V, 16 years of age) and four persons, who were found to be customers at the above restaurant.
