Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. According to the instant exchange contract, the Plaintiff cancelled each of the collateral security in the name of K, YAC, YAF under the name of 301 of the building E located in Nam-gu Incheon, the collateral security in the name of 501 of the building E located in Nam-gu, Incheon, and the collateral security in the name of YAFF 402 in the name of YAF.
