All of the public prosecutions against the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

A. Defendant A around September 9, 2019: (a) around 03:10 on September 9, 2019, on the ground that the victim B (year 27) and the shoulder were faced within the main point of “D” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, and the victim’s timber was assessed twice on the hand floor.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

B. Defendant B, at the same time and place as referred to in paragraph (1), was pushed the victim several times in the process of vision with the victim A (the age of 35).

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. According to the records, since the Defendants expressed their intent not to punish each other after the prosecution of this case, each of the instant public prosecution against the Defendants is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
