A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The accused is a person engaging in driving of Twit vehicles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed Measures after Accidents);

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver’s License) driving a C Twork vehicle at a section of about 1 km from the street in the vicinity of the eart in Pyeongtaek-si Do, to the front side of the emulsium in Pyeongtaek-si Do, without obtaining the said temporary driver’s license.
