Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7 million and by a fine of KRW 5 million, respectively.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From June 13, 2014 to January 27, 2015, Defendant A opened the National Bank Account (Account Number: D, and E) to be used by the Defendant as a member of the Internet private gambling site, Defendant A deposited KRW 102,328,80 in total 223 times in total, as indicated in attached Table 1, 2 of the daily list of crimes, and deposited KRW 102,328,80,000 in total, and collected the same as the end of the bridge and received the corresponding game money, and paid a certain percentage of dividends in accordance with the method of betting.
2. Defendant B, despite being aware of the fact that Defendant A’s gambling was carried out as in paragraph 1, received a request from Defendant A to transfer gambling funds to an account designated by the said site operator, and received a request from June 22, 2014 to December 31, 2014, Defendant B’s gambling was facilitated by allowing Defendant A to deposit KRW 50,578,000 in total over 83 times, as shown in the List of Crimes, with the account designated by the said site operator (E) from the national bank account in the name of the Defendant from June 22, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
