1. 2. Accordingly, the defendant set up a place for gambling for profit.

3. From early December 2015 to July 31, 2017, Defendant D’s opening place: (a) divided approximately 20 persons who are unable to know about the names of 20 persons from the beginning of Busan Dong-dong and Japan-dong shopping district; (b) divided them into three parallels and three parallels; and (c) had them gain money on each plaque; and (d) became a winner with a high number of the end of the agreement on the number of plaques in a way that they become the winner, approximately KRW 2 million in total; and (e) have them stay in gambling for several occasions; and (e) the number of the winnings divided as above is 7,8,9,000,000 won in total, and the number of the winnings divided as above.
