Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiffs are running real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “F Licensed Real Estate Agent” in the petition-gu E at the Cheongju-si.

B. Defendant C Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant C”) was the owner of 7,574.02 square meters of general steel structure warehouse G in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si (hereinafter “instant warehouse”). Around July 10, 2017, the Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) requested the Plaintiffs to mediate the instant warehouse lease lease.
