Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, with respect to the defendant B, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【Defendant A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Automobile Management Act in the Daegu District Court’s branch on October 10, 2014, and the Daegu Detention House was released on May 22, 2015 during the execution of the sentence and the parole period passed on July 28, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. A person who intends to operate a motor vehicle sales business, which is a motor vehicle management business for the Defendants, shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu;

[Public Offering of Good Conduct] The Defendants: (a) illegally occupied and traded without due process for transferring the names; and (b) the actual driver and the nominal owner of the registration certificate purchased a large-scale vehicle from the brokerage site of “D” (hereinafter “D”; hereinafter “site”) which is a different vehicle; and (c) to sell the vehicle again on the said site by posting a physical advertisement; and (d) Defendant A transferred the purchase fund of the large-scale vehicle to Defendant B in cash to the bank account in the name of Defendant B, or from the bank account in the name of the Defendant’s wife to the bank account in the name of Defendant B; and (e) Defendant B conspired to sell the large-scale vehicle using two large-phones (F and G) to distribute the profit at the rate of the Defendant and the above A6:4.

[Implementation] On May 15, 2016, the Defendants purchased 3 KK3 automobiles from the upper 20th century to male and female in the name of the 3,000,000 won from the above site at the upper 15:00 on the first 15:0 on the street of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Incheon, to sell the said automobiles to the above site at Defendant B’s house located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and posted a physical advertisement to sell the said automobiles to the above site at the above site at around 17:0 on May 2016, 200, to the J who had reported and contacted the above advertisements at the same time near the 26th amba-gu, Seocheon-gu, Incheon, Seocheon-gu, and at around 26 on the street, on the day of the crime list in attached Form 3 5,00,000.
