Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a business operator who operates game water in the name of "C Gameland" in the military, the second and second floors of 203.

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging, arranging exchange, or aiding and abetting exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through game water.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2016. 3. 22. 시간을 알 수 없을 때부터 2016. 4. 12. 13:00 경 사이 군산시 B, 2 층 “C 게임 랜드 ”에서 ‘ 해적이야기' 라는 게임기 40대를 설치하고, 게임 장을 찾아온 불특정 다수의 손님이 현금을 직접 게임기에 넣어 똑딱이( 일명: 자동게임 실행기 )를 이용하여 게임이 자동으로 실행되도록 한 후, 위 게임 장을 찾은 불특정 손님들이 게임을 통해 얻은 포인트의 10%를 공제한 후 나머지를 현금으로 환전해 주는 방식으로 불법 사 행성게임 장을 운영하였다.
