Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A received juvenile protective disposition on February 8, 2013 from the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office as a special larceny; on February 15, 2013, from the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office as a special larceny; Defendant B received juvenile protective disposition from the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office as a special larceny; on January 22, 2013, Defendant B received juvenile protective disposition from the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office as a special larceny; and on February 4, 2013, from the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office as a special larceny.

At around 11:00 on February 15, 2013, the Defendants and E (Co-Defendant 2 prior to the separation of pleadings) opened a door door by opening the door door by entering the house of the victim G located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and opening the door door.
