Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

B On June 10, 2015, the Changwon District Court sentenced 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. and 2 years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on June 18, 2015.

Defendant

A is a person who is engaged in the original agriculture of facilities in Kim Jong-si, and Defendant B is a person who operates the G.S. F., and is engaged in the business of manufacturing and installing pelpellets pellets.

When promoting H projects, the victim Kim Jong-si received an application from the subsidized project operator for the recipients of the facility, and the defendant A selected as the subjects of the application, and executed KRW 32,00,000 out of the total project cost of 80,000,000 required to install pelpellets pelpelpelpellets as the charges (and loans). After completing the project, the victim Kim Jong-si submitted the application for subsidies by attaching relevant evidentiary documents, it would be able to receive the remainder of KRW 42,00,000,000, excluding the above self-paid charges.

In fact, the Defendants decided to establish a boiler pelpeler only with subsidies (42 million won) and sent money equivalent to their own contributions from a construction company, the Defendants would be able to handle the said money with their own contributions.

In addition, it was recruited to create a false basis for receiving subsidies from victims.

Accordingly, Defendant B delivered KRW 32,00,000 in cash on December 12, 2012, KRW 10,000, KRW 6,000 in check on December 13, 2012, and KRW 16,00,000 in the I’s Agricultural Account (Serial J) designated by A on December 31, 2012, and KRW 32,00,000 in total to A; Defendant A transferred KRW 10,000 in cash on December 12, 2012, KRW 6,00,000 in total, KRW 00 in total, and KRW 16,00 in total,00 in total, KRW 13.16,00 in December 16, 2012, and KRW 30,00 in the account of the AFF to the No. 300,00 in the account of the AFF’s external account.

Nevertheless, on January 2013, the Defendants applied for the payment of subsidies to public officials in charge of in-house affairs at the Kim Jong-si Office, and the said subsidies were executed.
