1. The defendant delivers the building indicated in the attached list to the plaintiff, and each month from August 11, 2016 to the delivery date of the above building.

Description of Claim

The Plaintiff and the Defendant on July 31, 2013: (a) claims for delivery of buildings and claims for return of unpaid rents or unjust gains upon termination of a lease agreement concluded on the building stipulated in the main sentence of paragraph (1) of this Article; and (b) Articles 208(3)3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act of applicable provisions of this Act.
