1. On December 28, 2017, the Defendant borne by the amount borne by the Plaintiff of the public wastewater treatment facilities in B complex by the amount borne by the Defendant, 6,077,00,000 won.

1. Details of disposition;

A. (1) On November 10, 2005, the Gyeongnam-do governor designated and publicly announced the 1,666,454 square meters of Jinju-si, Jinju-si, Driwon, Eriwon as a B complex (hereinafter “B complex”). The Plaintiff is the operator of the B complex development project. (2) On July 28, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant on the implementation of the B Complex development project, and commenced on February 10, 2009.

Upon the plaintiff's request, the defendant decided to install national support facilities, such as wastewater terminal treatment facilities (including general human-use treatment facilities; hereinafter the same shall apply), and auxiliary facilities of the B complex.

In order to construct B complex wastewater terminal treatment facilities, including the establishment of a basic plan and cost apportionment plan, the defendant started with the construction of B complex wastewater treatment facilities in 209, and around 2010, the construction of B complex wastewater treatment facilities in 4,50 cubic meters and the total volume of the wastewater treatment facilities in accordance with Articles 49 and 49-2 of the former Water Quality and Aquatic Ecosystem Conservation Act (amended by Act No. 14532, Jan. 17, 2017 to the Water Environment Conservation Act; hereinafter “Water Quality Conservation Act”) shall be determined by 4,500 cubic meters and by 2,250 cubic meters (stage 1: 2,250 cubic meters of the facility capacity, 2,250 cubic meters of the facility capacity, 2,250 cubic meters as follows). The defendant established a basic plan and the cost of installing the wastewater treatment facilities and obtained approval from the Minister of Environment for the installation of the wastewater treatment facilities in 1:201 cubic meters and 208:201.25.
