1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 449,640,523 and as a result, from September 20, 2018 to December 4, 2018.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. The facts stated in the attached Form Nos. 1, 2, and 3 do not conflict between the parties, or are recognized in accordance with the purport of the entire pleadings and arguments as a whole.

B. According to the above facts, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 449,640,523 and KRW 449,639,889, whichever is the date when the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendants from September 20, 2018, which is the date of the Plaintiff’s subrogation, to December 4, 2018, the agreed interest rate of 10% per annum and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

2. The plaintiff's claim for the conclusion is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
