A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

A seizure shall be confiscated with one square meter (Evidence 1).

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Gwangju District Court’s Macheon Branch on September 01, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in the interest prison on June 12, 2016.

[2] On June 20, 2016, at around 23:10 on June 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance of the 1st floor, damaged the locking device, and intruded upon it; (b) did not call a large-scale safe owned by the victim D hospital located in the first floor office of the above hospital (65cm in length) but did not want to open the large-scale safe owned by the above victim D, which was located in the above office capital unit; (c) but did not find any object to steal by opening the small-scale safe located in the above office capital unit; and (d) continued to commit the act of theft by continuously opening the above large-scale safe, which was discovered to the employees on duty of the above hospital; and (d) did not commit the act of theft.
