around March 24, 2016, the Defendant, “2016 Highest 903,” sent KRW 23,000,000 from the company bank account under the name of the Defendant to the SC bank account in the name of the Defendant, by linking D’s Internet banking to the Internet banking account in order to transfer KRW 293,100 from D to the Customer.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits of 23,000,000 won by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.
