If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2017, the Defendant driven a BM525 car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.135% in alcohol level in the front of the 1st road located in the 28-lane of Singu, Singu, Sing-si, Singu, Sing-si, Seoul, with approximately KRW 3.7km from the 1st road located in the 28th-lane of Singu, Singu, Sing-si.
