Reasons
Basic Facts
A. Plaintiff A is the husband of the net F (GG students, hereinafter “the deceased”), and Plaintiff B, C, D, and E are the deceased’s children, and the Defendant is a local government that manages the rivers located in Gyeonggi-gu Hri-gun.
B. From July 15, 2017 to July 15, 2017, the Deceased decided to hold an elementary school alumni group at an elementary school in the housing located in Gyeonggi L, with 11 students, including I, J, K, and K.
C. On July 15, 2017, the Deceased et al. al. am together in the above Lhouse, and am hoscing it into the entrance installed in the vicinity of the above river, and am hoscing and enjoying a camping meeting.

E. The Deceased was sent to M Hospital by the 119 first responders, who received a report at around 17:21 on the same day, and received treatment, but eventually died on July 16, 2017 on the following day.
