Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant accepted the request by C, D, etc. to lend the name of the representative director of the above company in relation to the solicitation to receive a large quantity of goods from small and medium enterprises, such as C, E, and to acquire the price of the goods.

Accordingly, C established E with the name of the defendant as the representative director on October 15, 201 when it comes to distribute goods and establish a floating company, provided funds necessary for the registration of the business operator and the establishment of a floating company, and F (name of the head of headquarters, misrepresentation of the manager), and G (name of the general manager, false person) shared the role of having sexual intercourse with the merchants, etc., and established a warehouse of the "J" at Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Seoul, with the name of the defendant as the representative director on its name as of October 15, 201.

C, D, etc., on December 14, 201, at the above E office of the corporation E, a false statement stating that “I would complete the delivery of goods on the 20th day of the prime day of the delivery and settle the price without any molding as at the end of the 20th day of the delivery.”

그러나 사실은 피해 자로부터 물품을 납품 받더라도 이를 다른 곳에 판매한 후 그 대금을 가로챌 생각이었을 뿐 물품대금을 결제할 의사나 능력이 없었다.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, D, F, and G, by deceiving the victim as above, received nine items, such as the supply of 114,800 won of the market price from the victim to January 13, 2012, including the supply of 25,930,800 won in total among five times during the period from January 13, 2012, and acquired goods from 17 victims to 890,651,000 won as stated in the attached crime list from December 201 to January 2012.
