A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 18, 2016, at around 16:13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim B; (b) in “D” operated by the victim B located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, a cell phone case amounting to KRW 19,000 of the market price owned by the victim and displayed on the side of the victim’s seat by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance by the victim was neglected; and (c) committed theft.

2. On August 18, 2016, around 18:25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim E, which was operated by the victim E located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance negligence of the victim, and (b) caused the theft by putting about four 19,60 won of the market price owned by the victim in the display belt into a household.
