1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 3,00,000 with respect to the Plaintiff, and 5% per annum from June 1, 2014 to September 17, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the Plaintiff Union is etc. 1) Plaintiff A Cooperatives (hereinafter “Plaintiff Union”).
(2) At the time of the establishment of the Plaintiff Union, the representative of the Plaintiff Union wasD, from May 28, 2010 to March 7, 2012, and from March 21, 2012, from March 2012, 201 to March 21, 2013, with the aim of encouraging voluntary economic activities by promoting the sound development of the distribution industry and promoting the promotion of the welfare among its members, thereby encouraging the economic status of its members and promoting the balanced development of the national economy.

C. On January 10, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant Company entered into an entrusted management contract (a warehouse and office) contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Plaintiff and the Defendant Company. The main contents are as follows.
As seen above, E, a representative liquidator of the Plaintiff Union at the time of the instant contract, was the representative of the Plaintiff Union as the president of the Plaintiff Union, and the Defendant Company.
