If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.10% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven Bunstun Motor Vehicle at approximately KRW 1 km from the road near the station in the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the road in front of 132 in the same luminous name.
