A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who was in de facto marital relationship from June 2013 to May 2016 by pretending that he/she would be married with the victim C in the absence of the intention to marry with the victim C.

On January 4, 2013, the Defendant is in need of a business fund to start the victim’s “I immediately married and I want to start the Lone Starbbbbbs distribution business.”

In the Philippines, the mother is running the distribution business related to Costbucks in Lonebucks, and Lonebucks and 68 Lonebucks and 2 stores are operated in the vicinity of the railway station in Seoul, and the mother makes a false statement to the effect that the 4 billion won amount of property is KRW 1.0 billion, such as Lonebucks and coffees and 2 stores are operated in the vicinity of the railway station in Seoul.

However, the Defendant did not have any occupation or income, and the Defendant did not operate a business related to Costbucks in the Philippines where the Defendant was his mother, and the Defendant did not have any property of KRW 4 billion as above, and the Defendant was planned to use the money received from the injured for living expenses and repayment of debts, and thus did not have any intent or ability to repay the borrowed money to the victim.

Around January 4, 2013, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim, received KRW 27 million from the national bank account (Account Number: G) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and received KRW 591,132,00 in total on 37 occasions from that to April 24, 2016, as stated in the separate crime list, from that to that of April 24, 2016.
