1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall be 12,375,085 won from the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing, selling, and trading the process system facilities, such as labels, coolings, rapid freezings, etc., and Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company established on October 4, 201 by Defendant D, which operated an individual enterprise under the trade name of “G”, for the purpose of manufacturing, selling, etc. coal, petroleum products, chemical products, etc. and then takes office as the representative director.
