Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the National Land Planning and Utilization Act may engage in development activities without obtaining permission for development activities from the competent authorities;

Nevertheless, on October 201, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the above competent authority, changed the form and quality of the area of 4,966 square meters in the aggregate of 5,664 square meters of land, such as Macheon-si C, D, E, F, G, etc., which was part of 5,664 square meters, for the creation of a site for the camping ground, without permission from the said competent authority.

2. Any person who violates the Farmland Act shall implement a project after obtaining prior permission to divert farmland, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, in order to divert farmland in an agricultural promotion area;

Nevertheless, on October 201, the Defendant diverted the area of 4,966 square meters, which is part of the farmland of 5,664 square meters in total, such as Macheon-si, D, E, F, G, etc., an agricultural promotion area without obtaining permission to divert farmland, for the purpose of the use of the site for the Yampping site.

3. A person who intends to construct a building with a total floor area of less than 200 square meters and less than three stories in a planned control area under the National Land Planning and Utilization Act in violation of the Building Act shall construct such building after receiving a construction report

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without filing a construction report, newly constructed two containers with a total area of 60 square meters in Macheon-si D without permission.
