A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the victim B (the age of 37) were living together with the victim’s house located in Korea from November 201, 2017 to his personal relation. While the Defendant thought that the victim had been loved more than before, the Defendant was asked for a correction of the victim’s conversation and requested several times to be rejected by the victim. However, the Defendant was able to keep the victim undermining the victim by force or forcing him/her to wear clothes of the victim.

1. Illegal confinement;

A. At around 00:00 on June 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) found the victim to have a defect in the victim’s conversation for the foregoing reasons; (b) caused the victim to be rejected, and (c) prevented the victim from leaving the house; (d) prevented the victim from leaving the house in order to prevent him/her from going out of the house; and (e) subsequently, the victim was able to take the victim’s scriptive part of the victim’s scriptive part of the victim’s scriptive part of the victim’s scriptive part of the victim’s scriptive part of the victim’s scriptive part of the victim’s scriptive part of the victim’s scriptive part of the victim’s scriptive part of the victim’s scriptive part of the victim’s scriptive part of the victim’s body, and (e) prevented the victim from going out of the house by selling the victim’s body.

B. On June 28, 2019, at around 13:30 on June 28, 2019, the Defendant, at the place indicated in the above paragraph (a) of the above No. 1, carried out diving and returned home to the victim, saying, “I am Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Mad, I am the victim’s neck, who continued to use the victim’s body, forced
