Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

The Defendant: (a) as described below, at each time and at each place, as if B were the husband’s loans; and (b) as if the victims were to respond to the call at the time of the call to confirm the husband’s identity in order to assist them in applying for a loan, the Defendant assisted and aided the morale of B by responding to the response of the victims at the time of call, and facilitating the commission

B around May 24, 2013, the Ulsan-gu Civil Service Center established in Ulsan-gu, Seoul-dong, entered the name of C in the column for the lender of the loan application by accessing the victim Hyundai Capital site by using a computer, and submitted it to the victim as if the husband C applied for the loan. On the same day from the victim who is genuinely believed to do so, he/she was transferred KRW 20 million to the account of community credit cooperatives (D) in the name of the defendant holding a usual passbook. On June 11, 2013, the public service center established and submitted a loan application using the computer in the above manner as above and 40,000 won to the victim's Hycomdd's c's c's c's c's c's c's c's c's c's c's c' and 200,000 won to the above c's c's c's c's c's c's c'.
