1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1.In the sale of the above real estate for the purpose of Article 1 (Purpose) of the Decree, the seller and the buyer, by agreement, shall pay the sales amount as follows:
Sales proceeds:2.10 million won: 50 million won shall be paid at the time of a contract and the intermediate payment of KRW 310 million shall be paid on October 25, 2014.
Any balance of 1.7 billion won shall be paid on December 20, 2014.
Article 6 (Non-performance of Obligations and Compensation for Damages) If a seller or buyer has any non-performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the other party shall notify in writing the person who has defaulted, and the contract may be rescinded.
In addition, the parties to the contract may claim damages from the other party due to the cancellation of the contract, and the contract deposit shall be considered as compensation for damages, unless otherwise agreed.
Matters of special agreement
2. A seller agrees to an application for a building permit during the contract period, a seller submits documents necessary for the building permit at the time of request by the purchaser, and the name of the project owner at the time of balance shall be changed to the purchaser;
5. Some of the intermediate payments of KRW 210,000 shall be deducted as substitutes.
Provided, That where payment in kind (Deduction) is known, part of the intermediate payment 210 million won shall be settled in cash.

D and the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendants on September 26, 2014, under which each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by the Defendants (hereinafter “instant real estate”) was purchased at KRW 2.1 billion (hereinafter “instant sales contract”), and paid the Defendants the down payment of KRW 50 million on the same day.
