A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2019, around 08:10, the Defendant: (a) discovered female victims with a view to finding out the stairs from the subway station, where it is impossible to identify the specific place of Seoul below; and (b) followed them; (c) taken the body body of the victim by using the camera function of the cell phone; and (d) taken the body body of the victim by using the cell camera function of the cell phone; and (e) taken the body body of the victim by the same method 16 times from around that time to October 7, 2019, such as the list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mechanical device with a camera function against their will.
