Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On October 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years to imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 10, 2015.

On October 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around October 14, 2015, in the “D” store located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, Seoul-gu, using the gaps in which the victim F is situated in the victim’s “D”; (b) KRW 10,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, one resident registration certificate, and one credit card card, one influent half of the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On November 4, 2015, the Defendant used a gap in the victim I’s surveillance in around 15:20 around November 4, 2015, in which around 15:20, the victim H in Daegu Northern-gu food thereby managing it, and used the gap in the victim I’s supervision over it, and carried out a water price of KRW 2,90 of the market value of KRW 8,710 in the display stand, 4 of the market value of KRW 23,470 in total, including 5,400 in the market value, and 23,470 in the paper room.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

[2015 Highest 5594] On October 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim L (n, 30 years of age) was neglected to monitor other customers at the K stores located in Daegu-guJ on October 16, 2015; (b) on the part of the victim’s new event box displayed at that place, the victim was placed in a female-use box whose market price is equivalent to KRW 39,900, and was placed in a female-use box with his/her new event box in a way that the victim was placed in a box.

1. On October 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen, on October 6, 2015, a thief, with the victim’s crepit in Daegu-gu M around 16:23, 2015, the Defendant: (b) stolen, with the victim’s crebs located in the display stand by using the crebs in which the victim’s crebs were frighted to face customers; and (c) stolen, with the victim’s market price equivalent to KRW 150,00,00.

2. On October 13, 2015, the Defendant of larceny: (a) in the same manner as Paragraph (1) at the place described in paragraph (1) on October 13, 2015, at around 18:40 around 13, 2015.
