Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants are those engaged in material management at the Kimpo Factory Production and Operation Team for Victims, F (hereinafter referred to as the "F") in Kimpo-si E.
On August 12, 2014, as the victim FF applied for legal management due to the shortage of funds and reduced the person in charge of material storage management, the Defendants: (a) from April 1, 2015, the G material warehouse (hereinafter referred to as “G warehouse”) from around April 1, 2015, Defendant A and the dormitory Dong warehouse (hereinafter referred to as “ Dormitory warehouse”) came to be managed by the Defendant B; and (b) the Defendants were willing to steals semiconductors materials.
From April 1, 2015 to 17:47, the Defendants held 42,144 won at the victim F-owned market price of KRW 42,144 (total amount of KRW 421,440,00) at the victim F-owned market price of KRW 8974,00 (total of KRW 421,440,00), at the market price of KRW 22,163 (total of KRW 367,019,280), at 16,560 (total of KRW 367,019,280), at the market price of KRW 14,482 (total of KRW 367,00), and at 14,482, SAM Q2F9,360 (market price of KRW 135,51,520), and at the market price of KRW 8,60,30,394,479,409.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the property owned by the victim company.
