1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,630,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 8, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 16, 2018, the Plaintiff concluded a subcontract modification agreement with the Defendant for the construction period of KRW 332,200,000 for the construction period from March 16, 2018 to May 15, 2018, with the construction period of KRW 332,20,00 (including additional taxes). On August 27, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a subcontract modification agreement with the Defendant for the said construction period of KRW 365,20,000.

B. The Plaintiff completed the instant construction work, and has not received KRW 36,630,00 from the Defendant until now.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of construction cost of KRW 36,630,000, which is payable to the Plaintiff and the amount calculated by the annual rate of KRW 15% under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 8, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy

3. Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
