A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Attached Nos. 1 through 5 of the list of seized articles 1 to the victim C, and attached Form 2.
Reasons
A. 1. Article 331(1) (a) of the Criminal Act (a thief for residential intrusion upon the victim L,W, X, Y, and D) of the Criminal Act for the facts of crime, Article 330 (a) (a theft against the victim M, Z, AA, AB, AE, AC, C, E, and F) of the same Act, Article 329 (a) (a theft against the victim M, AA, AB, AB, AE, C, E, and F) of the same Act, Article 347(1) (a) (a stolen M, AB, fraud of using credit card in the name of the victim Q, and fraud against T), Article 70(1)3 (a) (a) (a stolen M, and use of credit card in the name of AB) of the credit financial business specializing in the credit business
1. Articles 40 and 50 of the Commercial Concurrent Crimes Act (a punishment for a more severe crime of fraud due to each theft of M as indicated in the judgment, a credit card use in the name of AB, and a crime of violation of the Act on Specialized in Credit Transactions and a punishment for a more severe crime of fraud);
1. Imprisonment with prison labor (excluding special larceny and intrusion larceny on a structure at night);
1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;
