Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants misrepresented a large number of unspecified domestic people in the call center located in the Cheongyang-gu of China, China, to post a telephone to a large number of unspecified domestic people, and falsely speaked that they should deposit money such as certification fee, stamp, deposit bond, guarantee insurance premium issuance cost, guarantee insurance premium issuance cost, increased credit rating, and fees. The Defendants served as a counselor at the above call center by receiving the said money from a large account prepared in advance and withdrawing it through cash withdrawal method in Korea.
