Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 17, 2008, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court on January 17, 2008, and a fine of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on June 22, 2009.

On February 14, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven a B AW car with alcohol content of about 0.120% in a 300-meter distance from the blood alcohol level to the front of the 300-meter radius in the Dong-do, Busan, Young-do.
