Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2011, the Defendant was issued, respectively, a summary order of KRW 2 million at the Daejeon District Court, by a fine of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on April 2, 2012, by the same court, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On August 2, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.071% during blood transfusions, driven a coo vehicle in B from approximately 80 meters away from the front of the restaurant, “persons who take a new wall” located in the agricultural and fishery products market, to the front of the World Cup stadium in the same Dong, from around 33 meters to the front of the 80m radius.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
